We will try to list any works that are happening around the college, this will include dates to assist you. Request for small jobs will not be on this list

College Parking - We will be implementing Permits for all members of staff. For this we will require the members of staff’s name, Reg number and a contact number in the school - extension No. will suffice. You can view the parking plan by downloading here.

School Shop - Product List available here

Please ensure that you order from the shop using the correct order forms.

As from September 2008, we are reorganising the way the College orders its stationery, printing consumables and education supplies.

We have selected “preferred” suppliers and have negotiated discounted prices on a selection of products (as detailed on the attached product list). updated versions will be available from the website or the School Shop. If there are any products that you order in large quantities or on a regular basis that are not this list, please inform Gail Dodsworth or Gill Loy (School Shop).

All stationery orders (including ink cartridges) must be fulfilled via the School Shop which now holds a selection of stationery available for staff to take away immediately. Staff requesting the stationery must complete a stationery requisition form which will be available in the School Shop. Whoever is ordering and signing for the stationery must collect it.

Ink cartridges must be collected/ordered from the School Shop. Please contact the IT Department if you require assistance installing them.

The School Shop will be open to staff as follows:

Monday 10 am – 12 noon Tuesday 1 pm – 2 pm Wednesday 10 am – 12 noon

Thursday 1 pm – 2 pm Friday 10 am – 12 noon

You will be able to purchase part packs thus resulting in your department only being charged for what you use and you will not have to hold stock in your department.

PLEASE NOTE - You must not order stationery direct from any suppliers and be aware that if you do so, that the College will not be liable to pay the invoice. Please also note that purchasing stationery and claiming the expenses back via petty cash will no longer be allowed.
