Mount Stadium
The Class 1 certificated Athletics Centre boasts an all-weather six lane floodlit track and separate floodlit throws and jumps area. This is situated adjacent to the Pavilion which has changing rooms, physio/medical room and conference facilities with restaurant and bar. This is an ideal place to relax after a hard days training on the track.
All areas are available for hire individually or separately. During the winter stadium has hosted regional cross country championships and in the summer athletics championships. This ranges from primary school events to major National League matches. The popularity of the venue as a base for training camps is increasing annually and involves UK athletics, County schools athletics and The British Milers Club.
The College has its own independent athletics club, 2DASH, which competes at both regional and national level.
Mount Gym
Set in the tranquil grounds of Mount St Mary's College, the Mount Gym offers the latest fitness and leisure facilities. The Gym is committed to achieving excellence in quality and standards, in order to maximise the user’s potential and enjoyment of exercise and leisure.

Playing fields
Our extensive playing fields consist of 7 rugby, 2 football, 2 hockey pitches and three cricket squares. The fields are connected to the national cycle network which provides access to the Rother Valley Country Park.
The College provides an outstanding venue for large tournaments, multi team training events, cross-country and orienteering. Annually we host a large number International, regional and local events including, British Universities Championship – Lacrosse and Frisbee, ESAA - cross –country and track and field events, GB Rugby League Academy trials, England Rounders trials and international tournaments.
All weather floodlit pitch
The all weather floodlit pitch is available on a daily basis and is one of the most popular facilities at the venue, with many local Football and Hockey clubs utilising the exceptional provision. The facility caters for all sports from five a side football to hockey and often as a training space for alternative sports.
